CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Regarding your personal data processed or may be processed by DENTIST ÖZGE ASMACIK YAĞCI (‘Data Controller’), who is the data controller within the scope of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and international conventions on human rights to which our country is a party and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (‘Law’); information on the environment and conditions in which the data processing activity in question is carried out and the rights and obligations of both you and the Data Controller regarding this is given below.

Your personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in the Explanatory Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and stipulated regulations specified in Articles 5 and 6 in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in Article 4 of the Law.

Your personal data may vary depending on the service, product or activity provided by the Data Controller; It is collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods, our clinical units, website, social media channels, mobile applications, events, fairs, promotions and similar means.
Your general and special categories of personal data specified in the Explanatory Disclosure Text may be processed in order to carry out dental activities, to fulfil legal obligations and for the purposes specified in the Explanatory Disclosure Text.
While processing your personal data, the Data Controller takes technical and administrative measures related to technological support within the scope of the possibility and makes periodic studies and improvements on data security and privacy.
Your processed personal data; In accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the Law and within the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, in order to carry out our activities in accordance with the legislation and our policies, in order for our business units to carry out the necessary work in this direction, it may be shared with our employees within our Clinic, in line with the purpose of the service we provide or with regulatory supervisory institutions, our suppliers, our business partners at home and abroad and legally authorised public institutions and organisations, and may be transferred domestically and abroad in cases stipulated by the relevant legislation.
III. Your Rights as a Data Subject under the Law
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law To learn whether your personal data has been processed in accordance with the article, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, you have the right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
